Direct Hire Role- VP of Manufacturing
Location- Five local manufacturing facilities (three in Melrose Park and two in Elk Grove Village)
Salary- up to 175K
Growing established Family Owned Company seeking a Multisite VP of Manufacturing that will be responsible and accountable for the strategic vision of the manufacturing process with the help of an incredible team.
This role is pivotal in aligning all aspects of manufacturing with company and customer expectations in a rapid-growth, multi-site, ETO / MOT manufacturing environment.
This newly created position leverages historic experience, creativity, and problem solving to identify and address challenges associated with significant, multi-year growth.
What is required :
Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality; typical hours are 45-55 weekly with additional hours as needed.
Monday through Friday 7am-4 : 30pm
Ability to drive between five local manufacturing facilities (three in Melrose Park and two in Elk Grove Village) to perform duties.
Clean driving record needed.
- Bi-lingual in Spanish / English preferred in a Manual Heavy Manufacturing Multisite Operation
- Experience in a rapid growth environment (25-40% growth year-over-year) with multiple sites and plant shifts.
- Bachelors degree in business, operations, or related field
- 10+ years in a strategic leadership role
- Multi-site ETO / MTO manufacturing environment

- Significant Experience and Achievements with Growth / Ramp-Up Succession Plans in the execution, implementation, training, and management of Manufacturing Engineering "Cooling Packages" or related Heavy Manufacturing Sectors at a VP or Director Level.
- Knowledge, Experience, and Comfortable working in an ETO / MOT / EOS working environment with the passion to work with an ambitious and loyal team to Scale and Grow a family owned company.
