The Nurse Care Management Director will report directly to the VP of Clinical Services. Supported by a team of licensed social workers and case managers, this person will lead an outstanding and busy hospital in care coordination efforts.
The Nurse Care Management Director will work with the hospital staff and other leaders to maximize clinical care management efficiency and address arising needs.
The Nurse Care Management Director will be in charge of developing and implementing departmental goals and standards that align with the clinical objectives, goals and values of the hospital.
This requires evaluating departmental operations, and decision making for increasing efficiency and quality of the care management team.
In addition, the Director is responsible for developing and overseeing budgetary allowances for the department. Most importantly, the Nurse Care Management Director will be responsible for creating an environment that promotes positivity and excellent preparation of care management.
