Key Responsibilities :
- Office Management : Handle general office duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing correspondence (emails, letters, packages).
- Scheduling : Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Document Preparation : Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Meeting Coordination : Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, booking meeting rooms, and taking meeting minutes.
- Filing and Record Keeping : Maintain organized and accessible files, both physical and electronic.
- Support Team Projects : Assist in various projects and tasks as assigned by management, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues, both in-person and over the phone.
- Financial Administration : Assist with expense reports, invoices, and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
Qualifications :
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
