Description :

As the Senior Systems Analyst, you will serve as the primary expert on Oracle JD Edwards Enterprise One, providing user support and managing related IT systems.

This role involves training users on new functionalities, processes, and systems. You will contribute to the implementation of Oracle JD Edwards Enterprise One updates, handling testing and supporting all project requirements.

The Senior Systems Analyst will also design and document workflows, offering recommendations to enhance operational effectiveness.

Taking on the role of Project Manager, you will lead key projects by developing and maintaining project plans for new system implementations, programs, updates, and modifications.

Responsibilities :

• Analyze and oversee assigned projects, interpreting business needs and translating them into functional and operational requirements.
• Direct the preparation and installation of systems and procedures, including designing source documents, providing technical guidance for operations, and determining the format for management reports.
• Collaborate with various business units to quickly comprehend business issues, and define project concepts, objectives, and approaches.
• Demonstrate proficiency in JD Edwards Enterprise One Development Toolset, particularly the Object Management Workbench (OMW).
• Offer technical support and mentorship on JD Edwards Enterprise One modules and tools to other MIS staff.
• Perform programming, database, and system design tasks.
• Identify industry best practices when addressing business problems.
• Take on leadership roles and take ownership of projects.
• Develop relationships with key business users, fostering a collaborative environment with business units.
• Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with project management.
• Seek continuous opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
• Effectively manage client expectations.
• Propose areas for improvement in internal processes, providing potential solutions.
• Make sound decisions under pressure and think analytically.
• Gather and interpret relevant data and information.
• Direct the preparation and installation of systems and procedures, including the final installation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle JD Edwards Enterprise One 9.2.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with JD Edwards OMW (Object Management Workbench) toolset.
• Familiarity with JD Edwards Enterprise One CNC is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Knowledge in JD Edwards Enterprise One modules, including Finance, Distribution, Inventory & Manufacturing.
