• Manage event timelines and schedules to ensure all tasks are completed effectively and on time.
• Conduct research to identify potential venues, vendors, and suppliers that meet event requirements and budget constraints.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and increase attendance through various channels.
• Monitor event progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful execution and a high level of attendee satisfaction.
