Responsible for :
- Having a vision of what key stakeholders wish to build, and conveying that vision to the Scrum Team.
- Incorporating feature requests into the product roadmap by holding stakeholder meetings on a regular basis.
- Analyzing preferences and requests of end users.
- Securing funding for features, programs, and projects and reporting on the financials back to stakeholders.
- Maintaining, grooming, and prioritizing a backlog.
- Developing user stories and defining acceptance criteria based on stakeholder requests.
- Setting sprint goals at the beginning of a sprint.
- Leading and planning product releases and upgrades.
- Following progress of work and addressing production issues during sprints.
- Keeping track of industry trends and maximizing investments.
- Providing support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example.
