Lima One is searching for a Talent Acquisition & HR Coordinator for a temporary assignment ending in March 2025.

This person will work hand in hand with the Talent Acquisition & HR Ops Team to partner with leaders across the organization to determine recruitment needs, assist with onboarding of associates and execute hiring strategies for all corporate positions within Lima One Capital.

Responsibilities will be diverse as they will cover multiple aspects of Talent Acquisition and HR Administration.

Responsibilities :

• Work closely with leaders and hiring managers to deliver a best-in-industry candidate experience.
• Effectively source candidates for all hiring needs.
• Participate in Intake meetings with the Talent Acquisition Manager and hiring managers.
• Evaluate resumes, conduct phone prescreens and communicate findings to hiring managers.
• Utilize the company’s ATS to document the lifecycle of the candidate through each step of the recruitment process.
• Assist with tracking recruitment metrics.
• Schedule virtual and onsite interviews.
• Schedule Exit Interviews and send Exit Surveys.
• Provide assistance with HR processes for merits, promotions, and market adjustments.
• Complete onboarding processes in the HRIS system.
• Update parking and building access for new and terminating associates.
• There may be other duties as assigned.

Requirements :

• 1-3 years of professional recruitment experience in a corporate or agency setting.
• Proven ability to cultivate relationships with internal and external customers.
• Strong experience with Outlook, Word, and Excel, and proficient experience with PowerPoint.
• Must possess a history displaying a positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude.
• Exceptional time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; adaptability and flexibility to changing situations; comfortable working in a dynamic, high volume, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to understand and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and laws governing our industry / business and products.
• Must work well both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Experience with external job boards such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed preferred.
