As a Competitive Intelligence PMM at Moveworks, you will develop a competitive intelligence program to drive the go-to-market strategy, enable the field, and help make Moveworks the undisputed leader in our industry.

• Conduct first-party research into Moveworks and competing products to develop insights into different approaches for solving similar problems.
• Develop a strong foundation in competitive differentiators and the ability to distill them for a non-technical audience.
• Partner with PM and technical architects to understand the differentiators.
• Develop enablement content to empower GTM teams to represent our competitive strengths.
• Be extremely proficient in the art of influencing requirements and needs that play to our strengths.
• Be persuasive in 1-1 discussions with senior IT leaders.
• Maintain and update all tier 1 competitive content such that it is readily usable by all GTM teams.
• Develop and run a win / loss program that helps us better understand our strengths and weaknesses.

What You Bring To The Table

• Deep and insatiable desire to win.
• 6+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on competitive marketing.
• Experience in technical marketing where technology is evolving quickly.
• Experience in enterprise sales and marketing.
• Ability to conduct first-party research through webinars, blogs, demos, customer interviews, etc.
• Excellent at distillation of technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships with GTM teams and PMs.
• Strong project management skills, adept at coordinating multiple work streams and cross-functional partners.
• A curious mindset and first principles thinking bring intuition but avoid rigid playbooks.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments; excited about figuring out solutions to complex problems and executing on them.
• Excellent interpersonal skills that enable you to build champions with internal and external stakeholders across diverse teams.
• Insatiable curiosity and a passion for understanding customers and new technologies.
• Well-rounded business athlete with a strong mix of strategic thinking, business acumen, storytelling, creativity, resourcefulness, and operational discipline.

Compensation Range : $154,000 - $221,000
