YOU are a fun, smart, dedicated and experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our modern urban multifamily residential and commercial properties.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of property management practices. This role requires a proactive approach to property maintenance, resident relations, and leasing activities, ensuring that all properties are well-maintained and our residents are happy and satisfied.

We are a boutique high design Architecture / Development / Construction and Property Management group.

You must be willing to have fun while driving a responsible proactive quality ship.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to maximize occupancy rates and drive revenue through upselling opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other local, state and federal laws.
  • Oversee property maintenance activities, coordinating with vendors and contractors as needed to ensure high standards of upkeep.
  • Maintain accurate records using the Appfolio property management software for tracking leases, payments, and Property Meld Software for maintenance requests.
  • Foster positive relationships with tenants through excellent customer relationship management and effective communication skills.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Negotiate lease agreements and renewals in alignment with company policies.
  • Provide training and support to junior staff members in facilities management practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in property management is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of property leasing processes and Fair Housing regulations.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with Residents and vendors.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with property management software, particularly Appfolio.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving in facilities management scenarios.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
