Job Description :
The Prep-cook / Dishwasher will be executing both roles. A successful candidate will aid in maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant as well as facilitate the cleaning of all glassware, flatware, stemware etc.
Along with prepping food for service, being able to confidently multitask and work in collaboration with their peers. Qualified candidates should possess a minimum of 1 year of relative experience in a high volume property and a strong attention to detail.
Candidate must have open availability and ability to work late night.
