Middle Child is looking for an awesome part time prep cook. Daytime hours. 3 -4 days per week. No late nights! Great environment.
The approximate hours are 6am - 2pm. The AM Prep Cooks at Middle Child Clubhouse are responsible for the executing prep-specific recipes for our AM and PM services.
Sundays are a must. No assholes allowed. Responsibilities are as follows :
- Executing all the restaurants recipes, exactly according to spec
- Entry-level understanding of breaking down proteins and fish required
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, including daily, monthly, and weekly deep cleaning
- Reports directly to the Prep Manager
An Ideal candidate is :

- A team player who is always willing to lend a hand
- Clean and organized at all times
This position pays 18$ / Hr plus Tips, which averages to about 23$ / Hr. Looking for 20 - 30 hours a week with room to grow.
