Job Title : SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant
Job Responsibilities :
- Define and manage the deliverables of the functional team to meet engagement objectives and stay within budget.
- Act as a hands-on application expert, preparing and reviewing key project deliverables such as benefits realization strategy, functional requirements, business process design documents, and testing scenarios.
- Lead design workshops with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives and best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key executives, business personnel, and subject matter experts (SMEs).
- Apply industry best practices tailored to the client's culture and needs to enhance project outcomes.
- Estimate and manage total effort for the application team in your area of expertise.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure all business process procedures are properly documented and communicated.
Mandatory Requirements :
- 7+ years of SAP experience as an SAP implementation consultant, specifically in LE-TRA / WM and SD.
- 5+ years of SAP experience in SAP Transportation Management (TM).
- Experience in at least 1 full lifecycle SAP TM implementation in S / 4 HANA and 2-3 implementations in SCM TMS.
- Expertise in transportation planning, execution, cost and freight settlement, and integration with SD, EWM, and EM for tracking and tracing.
- Knowledge of data distribution framework and post-processing framework (PPF) settings.
- Proficiency in writing functional specifications for WRICEF objects.
- Experience with SAP S / 4HANA System Conversion and Fiori apps.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules and the ability to apply business best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate project goals, status, and deliverables to senior executives.
- Familiarity with the Activate Methodology.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage your own work effectively.
Preferred Qualifications :
- S / 4 HANA TM Certification.
- Experience in healthcare or regulated industries.
