Title : Integration PM / Tech PM

Key Responsibilities :
Project Management :
- Lead the project management process for integrating Workday with Epic and other third-party systems.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Ensure that all integration projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Stakeholder Coordination :
- Collaborate with internal teams, including HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors, to gather requirements and define integration needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all integration-related activities, ensuring clear communication and coordination among all parties involved.
- Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates, address issues, and manage expectations.
Technical Oversight :
- Work closely with technical teams and developers to oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of integration solutions.
- Ensure that data integrity, security, and compliance requirements are met during the integration process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the integration process, working closely with technical experts as needed.
Documentation & Reporting :
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, test plans, and deployment procedures.
- Track project progress and provide regular status reports to leadership and stakeholders.
- Document lessons learned and best practices to improve future integration projects.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on system integrations, particularly involving Workday and Epic.
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM / Finance modules and project timeline.
- Exposure to prior Epic / Workday integrations a very strong plus.
- Proven experience managing complex integration projects, including vendor management and multi-system coordination.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.
- Experience with integration tools such as Workday Studio, EIBs, or other middleware solutions is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
