Professional Relations Liaison
Relief Mental Health -
This position will cover business development for Relief Mental Health’s clinics in West Allis and Middleton, Wisconsin.
The individual will act as an advocate and marketer of company services to potential and current referral sources and the surrounding communities.
The purpose of this position is to ensure referral goals are met and clinics receive appropriate referrals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Uncover professional referral sources in new market for Relief (Middleton / Madison); introduce brand and services; provide education on innovative treatments, including TMS and Spravato;
cultivate relationships and generate consistent flow of referrals.
Strengthen existing relationships with referral sources in West Allis / Milwaukee market; uncover new sources and cultivate relationships.
Collaborate with the management team in planning and executing outreach strategies to gain market share of referrals and potential patients.
Exhibit a high level of professionalism while working in the field and representing the Relief Mental Health brand.
Participate in conducting market research that is relevant to the industry such as competitive analysis, SWOT and demographic analysis.
Maintain or exceed census / referral goals set forth by the executive team.
Consistently participate in face to face interactions with referral sources through in-person meetings, clinic tours, in-services / presentations, networking events, virtual meetings, and more.
Work to develop new relationships with potential referral sources such as but not limited to : psychiatrists, therapists, university counseling centers, and others in an autonomous manner by drop ins, cold calling / emailing, and other means.
Demonstrate exceptional customer service and follow-up skills.
Adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
Maintain a weekly activities log and report.
Maintain a record of contacts in Relief’s customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Work flexible hours that may include nights and / or weekends.
Other duties as assigned.
Up to 80% travel throughout assigned territory and beyond when necessary.
Represents the company at various conferences, events, etc.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
An equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered.
Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach.
1 2 years of experience in the mental health industry is preferred.
3 + years of sales and / or marketing experience is preferred.
Reliable transportation for daily travel.
Valid driver’s license and insurance coverage that meets state requirements.
