Key Responsibilities :
Manage, configure, and monitor OT network systems
Support SCADA systems, PLCs, HMIs, and other industrial devices
Implement cybersecurity best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards
Collaborate with both OT and IT teams to align technology initiatives
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
Minimum 5 years of OT / IT network administration experience
Hands-on experience with industrial communication protocols
Network certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA Network+ preferred
Location and Availability :
Onsite work in Midland or Houston, TX
Willingness to participate in on-call rotations or respond to network emergencies after hours
