We close at 5 pm Monday-Friday and at 4 pm on Saturdays! You will have your nights and most of your weekends to yourself!

View Cleaners is a leading couture dry cleaner with specialized services such as : weddings, alterations, couture fashion, causal wear, linens, household, and more.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic candidates to join our superb Customer Service team. We pride ourselves on providing top-notch Customer Service to our customers;

a goal which cannot be achieved without having an elite team of Customer Service Representatives!

Responsibilities of the position include (but are not limited to) :

  • Meet greet customers at the retail counter
  • Answer telephones
  • Receive garments from customers (i.e. create work orders on computer)
  • Tag incoming inventory with control and instruction forms
  • Assist clients who are picking up / dropping off their orders
  • Initiate phone / mail / email contact with clients when necessary
  • Perform barcode scan inventories
  • The preferred candidate will have a basic knowledge and understanding of fashion and accessories, a lot of attention to detail and a bit of computer literacy.

Compensation : $18 - $25 hourly

Responsibilities :

  • Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer situations and bring them higher up, if necessary
  • Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary
  • Find patterns in customer complaints and bring them to the team for improvement
  • Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints

Qualifications :

  • Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere
  • Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills
  • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
