Job Summary

Join our dynamic team at Desert Diamond Arena as a Premium Suites Attendant and contribute to the exceptional guest experience in our premium seating areas.

As a Suite Attendant, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality food and service to our VIP guests, ensuring they have a memorable time during events at the ballpark.

• Greet guests in friendly and welcoming manner.
• Retrieve food orders from the kitchen and ensure accurate items and presentation.
• Communicate any special requests or modifications to appropriate serving or kitchen staff.
• Deliver food orders to the correct tables promptly and efficiently; ensure correct placement of dishes.
• Ensure guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to maintain clear communication.
• May assist servers by refilling water glasses, bussing table, and other support tasks.
• Keep the food running station and areas organized, well-stocked, and clean.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Perform side work, re-stocking, inventory, cleaning and opening or closing duties.
• Assist in maintaining overall cleanliness of Suites and back-of-house areas.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements :

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation requirements.
• Valid food handler card and / or alcohol certification may be required.
• Open availability days, evenings, weekends, and / or Holidays.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant or related experience preferred

Physical demands :

• Frequently lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs
• Frequently ascend / descend stairs
• Frequent standing and walking
