Duties :
Weare looking for someone to perform Infrastructure as Code(Terraform) development under the direction of our principalsoftware engineer who is guiding our technical strategy on theGoogle Cloud Platform.
Weare building a team of IaC programmers but the hiring process istaking longer than anticipated.
Weneed this person for approximately 6 months with the potential toextend to 1 year if the workexpands.
Responsibilities :
Provides ITsupport for vended and custom applications including resolvinghighly complex issues and assists with data security redundancy andsupport in collaboration with more senior technicalstaff.
Conductsrootcause analysis by researching hardware environment and softwareapplication and system problems works with colleagues and customersto resolve issues documents resolution and communicates resolutionwithcustomer.
Regularlyreviews applications and makes modifications and / or updates of asingle system application or basic software and their associatedhardware at multiple Client sites to ensure currency andfunctionality within the establishedenvironment.
Contributes tothe design development implementation and maintenance of customsystem software and / or the installation and maintenance ofpurchased systems software as well as the configuration and supportof hardware systems acrossClient.
Produces andmaintains documentation such as systems requirements designsresource inventories and plans asrequested.
Interfacesroutinely with colleagues who may be located at any of the ClientGroup practices to perform job responsibilities requiring virtualcollaboration andpartnership.
Maybe required to provide 24 / 7 oncallsupport.
Education :
Bachelor sdegree and training / experience in technical development; ORAssociate s degree and 5 years professional experience in technicaldevelopment.
RequiredExperience :
Terraform / Infrastructure as Code(IaC)
Google CloudPlatform (GCP) highlypreferred
Bachelors degreein related field with 3 years of experience OR Associates degree inrelated field with 5 years ofexperience
