• You can size up the essentials of what it takes to make a partnership successful and find a cost-effective solution for all parties
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to talk and write with confidence, charisma, and competence to a wide variety of audiences.
• Agile in a fast-paced environment. We move, and we move quickly. Thriving in and contributing to an environment that never stops is a must.
• Plays well with others. You will be working in a high-functioning team environment. We work together and we win together
• Time Awareness. There will be multiple time-sensitive requirements and you must have the ability to meet deliverable due dates

The Specifics.

• High School diploma required, Bachelor or Associate degree is preferred.
• 2+ years of B2B sales, acquisition, or procurement experience
• Excellent communication (oral and written), basic mathematical, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in in Excel, Word, and Outlook, along with navigating and learning different process management systems
• Commitment to teamwork and personal growth.
• General understanding of automotive repair facility operations, standards, and industry is a preferred skillset
