Job Description
As an IT Systems Administrator at Rose Paving, LLC, you will serve as the primary IT contact, providing support to our internal customers and maintaining our national IT systems primarily from Tampa, FL, as part of a national remote team.
You will be directly responsible for all aspects of our internal end-user laptops and mobile devices, as well as the resolution and triage of IT tickets.
Your role involves working in a highly virtualized Microsoft Azure environment, which includes managing On-Premises Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Business Central, and Office 365.
Additionally, as the point person for IT during Mergers & Acquisitions, you will play a critical role in integrating and harmonizing IT systems across newly acquired entities.

Responsibilities :
Act as the primary IT point person for Mergers & Acquisitions, responsible for integrating and aligning IT systems of acquired companies.
Strong communication skills are essential for liaising with new teams and ensuring a smooth transition
- Work in an environment focusing on assigned support service requests while keeping internal customers informed on status
- Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support, data network, server management, and mobile devices
- Interact with staff to resolve desktop problems and their resolution.
- Maintaining network security, business continuity, records and documentation, and vendor relationships
- Review system logs and respond / resolve system events
- Monitoring, maintaining, supporting and optimizing all networked software and associated operating systems across the US
- Interface with support vendors to resolve operating system issues
- After-hours Primary / Secondary support as required
- Setup desktop computers and peripherals and test network connections (various internet browsers) and proper functioning of computer systems and software for various applications and programs
- Evaluate applications and software patches for desktop applications to solve desktop issues
- Troubleshoot computer peripheral devices like printers and resolve associated problems.
- Manage Active Directory Domain & Azure AD, including user accounts / rights / permissions, group policies, etc. Includes Microsoft Intune
- Review and troubleshoot monitored backup failures and test recovery
- Perform hardware / software updates / upgrades as required to maintain a secure and healthy network
Minimum Qualifications :
- Associate Degree in an information technology or related field, or demonstrated comparable experience
- Strong wiliness to travel up to 50% of the time within the United States
- Microsoft Certified : Azure Fundamentals AZ-900
- Overall, 3-5 years' experience in a Systems Administrator role with in-depth, hands-on experience in the following technology areas :
- System and application monitoring using an enterprise monitoring system
- Administering backup systems
- Administering solutions in Microsoft Azure
- Administering Microsoft Dynamics in 365 environments
- Administering Microsoft SharePoint in 365 environments
- Administering Microsoft Office 365
- Administering Microsoft Exchange Online
- Proficient with Microsoft PowerShell
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Working knowledge of :
- Teams for Business
- SIP and IP voice communications
- Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
