- Strong communication, both verbal and written
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- Computer literacy & Phone skills
- Relevant certifications and experience will improve consideration chances for this position.
Responsibilities
- Make customer calls and provide accurate information in a timely manner
- Answering customer's questions and referring them to the necessary resources to solve their concerns
- Responsible for keeping a record of information received in conversations and log it into the database
- Be able to work with management to ensure proper quality and productivity goals
