Front desk Administrative support
College grad or admin with strong customer service will work.
- Greet all residents and visitors, providing hospitality-like service
- Acts as the community’s main point of contact when management is not on-site.
- Interface with all residents and guests, providing ongoing extraordinary service and ensuring questions and requests are addressed in a timely fashion
- Assist with homeowner and tenant package management
- Address walk-up resident service requests
- answer phones and redirect as needed
- review emails and redirect to manager as needed
Hours are 9-5
