Job Description
Logistics Coordinator 2904 Responsibilities :
- Tasked with the strategic planning and coordination of the transportation of goods, products, and individuals.
- Collaborate with drivers, shipping firms, and other transport entities to ensure adherence to transport schedules, guaranteeing timely and budget-conscious arrivals of shipments.
- Supervise the distribution of goods and services, manage logistical operations, designate routes for drivers, track delivery timings to prevent delays, and support the loading and unloading of merchandise.
- Prepare and organize cargo and consignments for international transport.
- Engage closely with the logistics team to deliver exceptional service to clients, addressing concerns pertaining to customs, logistics, and damaged goods.
Logistics Coordinator 2904 Qualifications :
- Possession of a bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, QuickBooks, and NetSuite is essential.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is a prerequisite.
- Compensation range : $25-$30 per hour.
- Work hours : 8 AM - 5 PM, full-time, Monday through Friday.
