Volt is immediately hiring for Logistics Coordinator in Chino, CA.

As a Logistics Coordinato ryou will :

• Coordinating all outbound loads with carriers and internal customer
• BOL creation
• Scheduling carrier pickups
• Invoicing and billing
• Creating and preparing daily picks for operations team
• Ensure all Trade and Compliance requirements are satisfied
• Respond to Complaint Requests via BFO
• Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
• Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
• Participate in daily SIMs, updating the team on delivery and / or quality issues
• Contribute to productivity by supporting and implementing quality, delivery, and cost reduction objectives

The ideal candidate will have :

• Experience in customer service
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and ISO requirements
• Knowledge of Microsoft office suite
• Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP) SAP, Q2C, Manhattan, ect.
• Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and organization skills
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay Rate :

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
