Willdan Engineering currently has an opening for a full time Code Enforcement Officer for Gilbert, Arizona area. The qualified individual will be responsible for c onducting field investigations regarding possible violations of a variety of city / county codes and ordinances, and related state codes including zoning, nuisance, property maintenance, housing, transportation, and animal and business license / permits, health and sanitation.
Job Requirements / Qualifications
- Thorough knowledge of property maintenance codes.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- 5 years municipal experience preferred.
