At Parmele Law Firm our Benefits Representatives play a significant role in creating a memorable client experience. Our Benefits Representatives provide our clients the ultimate telephone experience and work behind the scenes as well doing various administrative tasks.
We are looking for employees ready with talent, ideas, and tenacity to help us grow as a business. They must be equipped with the right combination of telephone skills, administration skills, compassion, empathy, and ability to ask questions.
Responsibilities Include :
Keeping track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts
Planning course of action to recover outstanding payments
Heavy phone activity with clients
Contacting social security and clients regarding payment status
Negotiating payoff deadlines or payment plans
Handling questions or complaints
Investigating and resolving discrepancies
Establishing good relationships with clients
Updating account status and database regularly
Qualifications : Strong fundamentals
Strong fundamentals
Proficiency in communication skills
Ability to maintain a high level of productivity
Strong Ability to Multitask under pressure
The office of Parmele Law Firm is staffed by an experienced team of Social Security Disability attorneys backed the staff equipped with tenacity and knowledge to help support them throughout our clients claims process.
