Key Responsibilities
- Positively interact with customers in person, and during phone conversations.
- Assist customers by answering water quality and account questions, and resolving issues.
- Consistently communicate information with co-workers and external business partners on a timely basis.
- Create Service Orders that include comprehensive notes.
- Schedule appointments with existing customers, and appointments for new installations.
- Process payments, and assist customers with processing online payments.
- Record detailed account information, process account adjustments, and prepare bill calculations for specific situations.
- Assist with office administration tasks.
Qualifications & Skills
- Professional nature with a service-oriented attitude.
- Organized, patient, and diligent with details.
- Collaborative, but able to complete work independently.
- Proficient computer skills.
- High School graduate or GED.
- 2 4 years of Customer Service or related work is preferred.
