Job Summary
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst - Financial Applications to support and maintain their financial systems, providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise.
This role ensures seamless system operations, identifies process improvements and enhances reporting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for 150 internal users, delivering top-notch customer support via phone, email and in-person.
- Troubleshoot, analyze and resolve system issues, escalating complex problems to management or relevant teams.
- Manage user access, security and system setups, ensuring compliance with firm policies.
- Perform daily reconciliations, month-end close procedures and quarterly audits.
- Create custom reports, presentations and SQL queries to extract data and analyze trends.
- Assist with project coordination, software testing and validation.
- Identify and recommend system process improvements, staying updated on market trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience supporting financial software required (3E, SAP, NetSuite etc)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial software and Excel / SQL.
- Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

This is a hybrid opportunity ( 3 days per week in office ) in Dayton, OH with a salary range of 75-95k annually DOE
