Job Details

Jobot is unique in many ways, and a large part of what sets us apart is our custom-built software (Applicant Tracking System) called Jax! Our UI / UX Designer will be a key player in designing a top-class user interface within Jax, further equipping our Jobot Family to do what they do best - put good people in good jobs!

3 Things that are Needed for this Job :

• 3+ years of UI / UX experience
• Experience with design tools like React, and familiarity with front-end development
• Bachelors in Graphic Design, Computer Science, or similar preferred

3 Things You will be Doing in this Job :

• Partner with internal stakeholders to gain an understanding of user needs
• Design the front end of our ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
• Collaborate with Team SHIELD (our top-class software engineering team) to make impactful launches of new features and upgrades to our ATS
