Licensed Clinical Psychologist (No Associates)

Rula is a comprehensive behavioral health solution that works with a network of licensed clinicians to deliver high-quality care to individuals, couples, and families.

By taking care of all the new client marketing and administrative heavy-lifting, we allow providers at Rula to focus on what they do best;

helping clients get better.

We are expanding our network of licensed providers in Wisconsin. Providers in the Rula network are 1099 contractors, have no minimum caseloads and complete schedule autonomy.

Compensation Details

Rula will guarantee a minimum of $400 / week for your first 12 weeks while you build your caseload, if you maintain a minimum of 10 available calendar slots for clients.

Plus, when you complete your first visit, we’ll send you a $1000 bonus.

LMFT, LCSW, LPC : $80 per hourly session (53-minutes)

Licensed Psychologist : $90 per hourly session (53-minutes)

Guaranteed payment every two weeks via direct deposit

Payment protection for no-shows, late cancellations, & denied claims

As of 9 / 17 / 2024, we've increased our standard rate for all therapists licensed in Wisconsin. The rate for LCPs has increased to $90.

LCSW, LPC, LMFT rates have increased to $80.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be licensed as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Must be licensed in Wisconsin

Must be able to provide telehealth

Wisconsin Guarantee Program : Terms and Conditions

Therapists are eligible for a guaranteed $400 income per week if they maintain 10 open slots at all times and join Rula’s network by 10 / 19 / 24.

Therapists located in the following states, with valid licenses are eligible to receive this guaranteed payment : ID, ME, MN, NH, OR, KY, UT, WI.

$1000 Signing Incentive : Terms and Conditions

Therapists are eligible to receive $1000 if they sign their contract to join Rula’s network by 12 / 1 / 24, and see their first client within 90 days of signing their contract.

Therapists will receive their $1000 in their first bi-weekly payment. Therapists located in the following states with valid licenses are eligible to receive this payment : CA, CO, HI, IN, MA, MD, MO, NV, ME, MN, NH, OR, OH, TN, CT, DC, GA, PA, VA, WA, KY, UT, WI.
