Key ResponsibilitiesLead research and development on JEDI principles within the target-setting frameworkCollaborate with stakeholders to implement equitable approaches in target determination and human rights inclusionServe as lead author on research reports and support the development of an SBTN JEDI technical strategyRequired Qualifications and EducationCompleted PhD, JD, or Master's degree with 10+ years of experience in environmental justice or related fieldsExpertise in corporate sustainability and core justice and equity conceptsExperience in conservation, community-based research, or sustainable developmentKnowledge of science-based target setting and related frameworksProfessional proficiency in languages other than English is highly desirable
