Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited school approved by the Council on Social Work Education.
• Current licensure to practice in the state (LICSW / LCSW) Must not need to be supervised.
• One year of social work in a health care setting is preferred / home care experience will be a significant advantage
• CPR certification
