The HR Coordinator, Employee Relations, will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department by managing employee relations activities.

This position will be responsible for addressing employee concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive workplace culture.

We are seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to join our team and focus on enhancing our employee relations initiatives.

The HR Coordinator, Employee Relations, will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department by managing employee relations activities.

This position will be responsible for addressing employee concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Employee Relations : Serve as the entry point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.
  • Policy Coordination : Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures related to employee relations.
  • Documentation : Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee relations cases and outcomes focused on preventative data analytics provided monthly in the form of dashboards, reports, charts for distribution.
  • Training and Development : Assist in the creation and delivery of training programs focused on employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Compliance : Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Employee Engagement : Promote employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel capabilities for data compilation and analysis within the Employee Relations Team (ER Team).
  • Basic understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Fluency in HR software, Workday preferred.

The target hourly rate range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00 per hour.

The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands.

The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
