Ownership Operations Analyst
W2 Contract
Salary Range : $72,300 - $82,700 per year
Location : Cupertino, CA - Hybrid Role
Job Summary :
You will support the WW Ownership Operations SMB team in developing sales programs that create owners, provide our leadership with performance insights, and shape the tools and systems to deliver our near and long-term strategy.
This role will draw upon your experience to combine strategy, sales, and analytics skills to help our teams focus on what is essential and empower them to grow our customers' businesses through their partnership with us.
You will plan our customer targeting and engagement strategy, define our approach to field performance reporting, and help set our systems and tools roadmap.
Requirements and Qualifications :
- BA / BS degree required
- MBA Preferred or 5+ years of comparable work experience in a related field
- Experience in consulting, strategy, or investment banking is preferred.
- Deeply passionate about the customer experience.
- Focused on successful execution in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Analyzes information to identify gaps, ask questions, and recommend solutions.
- Able to work collaboratively with partners on multiple projects concurrently.
- Can adapt to new challenges and extract lessons for future applications.
- Outstanding time management and attention to detail are critical; able to communicate complex concepts in a clear, concise, and structured way.
- Comfortable with Excel and Keynote
- Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau is a plus.
- Experience in B2B sales organizations is preferred.
