This role involves collaborating with stakeholders across multiple departments to ensure efficient system operations and support for finance, HR, Procurement, and IT functions.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with PeopleSoft Financials, Oracle Fusion Cloud, and third-party systems, as well as the ability to work effectively with project teams. Responsibilities :
- Provide financial administration and operations support to stakeholders and HR teams for day-to-day HRIS operations.
- Assist in business operations and data management, actively participating in change requests meetings.
- Contribute to ongoing production system maintenance and configuration changes related to new system implementations.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful user acceptance testing.
- Support period close activities for finance, HR, Procurement, and IT operations.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, business administration, HR, economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with PeopleSoft Financial and Oracle Fusion applications.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and processes, SQL, and Microsoft Office Product Software.
