JobSummary :
We arecurrently seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Injury CaseManager to join our team. The successful candidate will beresponsible for managing a caseload of personal injury claims fromintake to resolution while providing support to clients andattorneys throughout theprocess.
Responsibilities :
- Assistin the intake process by obtaining medical records police reportsand other necessary documents.
- Communicate withclients regularly to provide updates on their cases and address anyconcerns they may have.
- Coordinate with medicalproviders to ensure clients receive appropriate treatment for theirinjuries.
- Manage deadlines and ensure that allnecessary paperwork is filed in a timelymanner.
- Negotiate settlements with insurancecompanies on behalf of clients.
- Maintainaccurate and detailed records of all caserelatedactivities.

- Proficiencyin both English and Spanish in a must.
- Aminimum of 2 years of experience in personal injurylaw.
- Outstanding written and verbalcommunication.
- Demonstrated success in casemanagement in previous role.
- Strong team playerwith the ability to seamlessly integrate and collaborate withparalegals support staff andattorneys.
- Excellent organizational andmeticulous attention to detail equipped to handle numerous casesand meet tight deadlines concurrently.
- Provendiscretion and integrity in managing confidential and sensitiveinformation.
