Job Summary :
Under the guidance of the Director of Nursing; the Clinical Training Specialist, serves as a liaison throughout the organization with regards to clinical support of licensed and non-licensed personnel who provide clinical support services at Community Health Centers.
Assist with onboarding and training of all new and existing clinical support staff and students.
Qualifications : Education :
Education :
Completion of Licensed Practical Nursing program from an accredited school of nursing.
Experience :
2-3 years’ experience in the healthcare setting
Certification / Licensure :
- Current / valid Florida LPN license
- Current / valid BLS, or must be obtained within the first 30-days of employment
- Must maintain a valid Florida Driver’s license
Special Skills :
- Bilingual capability helpful
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Must be flexible and able to manage multiple priorities
Computer Skills :
E-mail, Internet, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Other requirements :
- Able to work flexible hours as needed
- Requires travel to all CHC Centers
