Position Summary

This role is responsible for managing multiple projects, organizing and directing projects to completion. Managing the scope of work, timeline and budget are of top priority.

This position requires a high level of organization, focus on detail and accuracy. Strong initiative and the ability to complete multiple projects in a deadline driven environment is essential.

There is a non-negotiable requirement of effective communication and understanding the need to work in an integrated manner with other members of the department in furtherance of goals, objectives, and knowledge.

Job Essentials, Responsibilities, Duties

  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other parties included in the construction project
  • Obtain actionable permits from the appropriate authorities
  • Determine all the resources needed (equipment, manpower, materials) with attention to budget constraints
  • Hire and allocate responsibilities to contractors, laborers, and other staff
  • Supervise the work of all the laborers and provide them with guidance
  • Evaluate the construction project progress and prepare reports
  • Weekly Direct Report Meetings with Manager
  • Weekly Direct Report Meetings with Family Office Team

Qualifications :

  • 7+ years of Project Management experience in the entertainment industry OR 5+ years of experience for high net-worth individuals.
  • Experience using Project Management Software, QuickBooks and Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact across the organization.
  • Extremely detail-oriented to create accurate and timely reports.
  • Strong work ethic with a positive attitude & a fit with the company's culture & values.
