Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects in the restaurant and retail sectors.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and manage resources to ensure successful project execution.
• Coordinate and oversee all construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members to provide project updates and resolve any issues that arise.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of projects on time and within budget.
• Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the commercial construction industry.
• Proven experience managing restaurant and retail construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
