The mission of the People Analytics & Planning COE is to drive better, faster, more data-informed workforce decisions at all levels of the organization.
We have made great progress and now we are looking for a new Director to help accelerate us further.

You’ll have
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree (Preferred) in Human Resources, Analytics, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or any other related discipline.
- 8+ years of progressive experience with at least 3-5 years in a people analytics or workforce planning leadership role.
- Consistent track record of creating and delivering value through large scale, global analytics and planning projects.
- Ability to translate vision and strategy into executive summaries to build a compelling case for change.
- Experience working in a large global enterprise.
- Understanding of employee data privacy regulations
This work will require
Occasional travel to company sites and external events.
