Typical job functions include :

Operate Hobart dishwasher, sweep and mop floors, clean, wash, sanitize all areas of kitchen.

Clean and wash pots / pans, clean and sanitize kitchen equipment

Deliver and retrieve of food delivery carts

Light food preparation.

Other kitchen duties as assigned.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND TRAITS :

Completion of tenth grade education or above preferred.

Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions in English.

Ability to function as a team member.

Ability to work independently
