We are currently looking for a Product Designer to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Create user-centered designs for digital products and applications.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas and user interactions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Analyze user feedback and metrics to refine and improve design solutions.
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, constraints, and goals.
- Facilitate design discussions and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Ensure that design solutions align with the company’s brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all products.
- Identify and address design challenges, finding creative and practical solutions that enhance the user experience while meeting business objectives.
- Create and maintain detailed design documentation, including user flows, style guides, and design specifications, to support the development and implementation process.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Figma with experience working within Agile development processes.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, UX / UI best practices, and dynamic data-driven design.
- Experience with design systems and component libraries.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and articulate design decisions effectively.
- Comfortable receiving and giving constructive feedback.
- A passion for designing intuitive and visually appealing products.
- Ability to think critically and approach design challenges with creativity and innovation.
