Key Accountabilities
Interprets date, analyzes results using statistical techniques and provides ongoing reports, including, but not limited to :
â ¢ Gathering and analyzing company spend, supply market data, and other related commercial information to drive value from supply chain activities and develop sourcing / negotiation strategies.
â ¢ Building Should-Cost and Total Cost of Ownership economic models for materials and services.
â ¢ Providing analytical support for category sourcing initiatives, contract negotiations, and bid evaluations.
â ¢ Monitoring and evaluating supply risks.
â ¢ Supporting the Supplier Performance Management process.
â ¢ Developing tools and processes in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Spotfire to improve the efficiency of analytical work
â ¢ Compliance with comapny policy and industry regulations.
Required and Preferred Skills and Experience
â ¢ Experienced level, typically 5-7 years of experience.
â ¢ Requires a strong understanding of discipline.
â ¢ Able to apply knowledge and experience to complex problems and develop recommendations.
â ¢ Makes decisions within broad parameters.
â ¢ Acts as an informal resource for others with less experience.
