Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Carpenter to manage and execute a variety of carpentry tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. As a Lead Carpenter, you will be responsible for overseeing carpentry projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and supervise a team of carpenters and laborers on various projects.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications to determine project requirements.
• Perform all types of carpentry work, including framing, fencing, decks, and finishing.
• Ensure all work is completed to code and company standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely and successful project completion.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
• Provide training and guidance to team members as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including time spent, materials used, and tasks completed.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Lead Carpenter or in a similar supervisory role.
• Extensive knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and codes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Full Time : 40hrs / week
