Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers for government organization
  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
  • Coordinate events and meetings, including planning and logistics
  • Handle phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
  • Conduct proofreading tasks to ensure accuracy in written communications
  • Typing, filing
  • Sitting for prolonged period of time
  • Special assignments as requested
  • Ordering of supplies, maintaining service of copier, check leases of equipment, check stamp machine, maintain toner levels, etc

Working hours : 7 : 30 AM - 5 : 30 PM

Previous Municipality Experience

Education : High School

Qualifications :

Experience as an administrative assistant, receptionist, or a similar role
