Position Summary : Aetna Resources LLC, a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Alpharetta, GA : Digital Development Engineer to design and develop digital software applications and platforms.

• Duties include : analyze user needs and develop software solutions to meet business requirements; determine feasibility of solutions design and prepare technical design documentation;
• upgrade existing software applications and / or systems to improve functionality and features with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability;
• write and review high quality code and perform unit and / or automation testing; support applications, systems, and databases used to process prescriptions, claims, and related healthcare activities;
• collaborate with cross-functional teams on applications development, technical requirements, code review, project deliverables, quality assurance, and software development best practices;

and mentor junior team members. Multiple positions.

• Requirements : Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent based on a combination of degrees, graduate diplomas or training) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation.
• Requires three (3) years of experience in each of the following : Release or project management experience; Agile methodologies or SAFe Software Development Principles;
• CI / CD, Jenkins, GIT, or DevOps; Coordinating cross-functional technical teams including geographically dispersed, remote, or off-shore teams;

Software development lifecycle; and Providing domain support for healthcare or retail pharmacy organization.

• Alternate requirements : Seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Requires three (3) years of experience in each of the following : Release or project management experience;
• Agile methodologies or SAFe Software Development Principles; CI / CD, Jenkins, GIT, or DevOps; Coordinating cross-functional technical teams including geographically dispersed, remote, or off-shore teams;

Software development lifecycle; and Providing domain support for healthcare or retail pharmacy organization.

Pay Range : $142002.00 / year to $180000.00 / year."

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
