This position is for a full-time Community Coordinator at a growing company in the mental health industry. Ethera is a co-working space for therapists and other mental health professionals.
We are the first of its kind here in Southern California. We have over 200 mental health professionals as members and are growing rapidly.
Our mission is to support therapists so they can focus on providing high quality care to their patients. By providing clinicians with the best tools, a strong community, and a network of like-minded wellness professionals, we help them build / sustain / improve thriving private practices.

Community Coordinator
As a Community Coordinator, some of the responsibilities include :
- Provide excellent and friendly customer service to our members
- Lead tours for applicants and conduct onboardings for new members
- Keep our office tidy and organized
- Assist in managing email campaigns and digital marketing accounts
- Assist in managing social media accounts
- Assist in monthly accounting reports
- Stay engaged with members to gather feedback in order to continually improve services

- Excellent communicator, both verbal and written, who naturally engages in and facilitates conversations.
- Hungry to learn. You will learn how a start-up / small business grows from the ground up.

- Master of organization with excellent time management and prioritization skills to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously
- Computer / Tech savvy (tasks range in designing marketing material to creating Excel spreadsheets)
Schedule
The Community Coordinator will work at our Arcadia office. However, the Community Coordinator will receive training at our Irvine location during their first few weeks.
The probationary period can last up to 3 months, depending on how quickly the new team member can acclimate. After 3 months, this position can transition to full-time with benefits and a 10% pay raise.
