We are the first of its kind here in Southern California. We have over 200 mental health professionals as members and are growing rapidly.

Community Coordinator
As a Community Coordinator, some of the responsibilities include :
- Provide excellent and friendly customer service to our members
- Lead tours for applicants and conduct onboardings for new members
- Keep our office tidy and organized
- Assist in managing email campaigns and digital marketing accounts
- Assist in managing social media accounts
- Assist in monthly accounting reports
- Stay engaged with members to gather feedback in order to continually improve services

- Master of organization with excellent time management and prioritization skills to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously
- Computer / Tech savvy (tasks range in designing marketing material to creating Excel spreadsheets)
Schedule
The Community Coordinator will work at our Arcadia office. However, the Community Coordinator will receive training at our Irvine location during their first few weeks.
The probationary period can last up to 3 months, depending on how quickly the new team member can acclimate. After 3 months, this position can transition to full-time with benefits and a 10% pay raise.
