Job Summary :
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to screening resumes, to interviewing and evaluating candidates.
Essential Functions :
- Collaborate with department managers on their hiring needs
- Identify and implement effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the role and the organization's needs
- Post all open positions utilizing our ATS
- Sources potential candidates from various online platforms
- Screens applications and resumes to select qualified applicants
- Conducts screens and interviews with hiring managers for all qualified applicants via phone, virtual and in-person
- Collaborates with the CHRO during the offer process to negotiate the salary
- Participates in job fairs and hosts in-house recruitment events, as required
- Monitors key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies

Qualifications :
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for the recruitment of a variety of roles
- Excellent time management skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems; UKG preferred
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience, required
- Minimum of 3 years' experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process
- Prior experience in healthcare recruiting Providers, Nurses, etc. strongly preferred
