As a member of the Impact Banners and Signs sales team, you will focus on finding and nurturing new sales opportunities in the world of wide format printing.
This includes nurturing and growing existing accounts as well as seeking new customers who need printed signage solutions.
Impact Banners and Signs provides printed signage solutions for events, organizations, and businesses, primarily in Middle TN.
This sales representative will foster growth from our existing customers.
Through high standards of customer service and detailed follow through, you will help provide creative printed solutions in a timely manner.
You will also expand our services by connecting with new customers through outbound efforts.
Responsibilities :
- Outbound sales and networking to reach new business opportunities
- Assist with managing both new and existing customer accounts
- Handle administrative tasks such as accurate data entry, order tracking, and follow up communication so customers receive items on time
- Being a lead on an account may require some nights or weekends during installations or event dates
- Communicate with the sales and production teams throughout the life cycle of an order
- Meet agreed upon sales metrics, monitoring and adjusting accordinglyQualifications :
- Treat customers, vendors, and coworkers well
- Be a positive influence on our team
- Work in an office, printing, and warehouse environment
- Must show initiative and have excellent follow through with customers and staff
- Willingness to grow and learn in the field of wide format printing
- Ability to understand substrates and applications in the wide format industry in order to guide customers
- Some travel required for trade shows or trainings.
Travel will be light.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
