Your role will involve handling inquiries, resolving issues, cross selling as needed, and cultivating strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
Client Communication : Interact with clients in a professional and friendly manner, addressing their needs and providing solutions.
Inquiry Resolution : Resolve customer inquiries promptly and accurately to ensure satisfaction.
Documentation : Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions on internal systems, so the entire team can see notes, if needed..
Product Knowledge : Develop a thorough understanding of the agency's products and services to assist clients effectively.
Feedback Collection : Gather client feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance service quality.
Team Collaboration : Work collaboratively with team members to achieve collective goals and deliver exceptional service.
Requirement
Licensing : Possess a valid Property & Casualty OR Personal Lines Insurance License or be willing to obtain one within the first 90 days of employment.
Experience : Previous insurance customer service is beneficial.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on active listening and clear articulation.
Customer Focus : Dedication to providing exceptional service to clients, understanding their needs, and exceeding expectations.
